WHAT IS MY PURPOSE?

Pain is a signal, not a sentence. Have you ever smiled on the outside, while falling apart inside?
Have you ever asked yourself: “Why do I feel like this if everything seems fine?”Have you ever kept going like nothing was wrong—just because you didn’t want to be a burden? For a long time, I believed living in pain was normal. I smiled, fulfilled my responsibilities, but inside... I was shattered. Like many women, I learned to silence my pain in order to “keep going,” believing the world doesn’t stop for those who are hurting. But here’s the truth: pain doesn’t come to condemn you, it comes to awaken you.
Can you remember the first time you felt like you weren’t enough? Like you didn’t belong? Like your voice didn’t matter? I remember mine. And for years, I kept that pain quiet. Until it started to scream. Today, I guide people through emotional rebuilding — people who, just like me, once felt broken but chose not to be defined by their pain. But my journey didn’t start on a stage. It started in silence. Between swallowed traumas, sleepless nights, a painful divorce, living in a foreign country, and raising small children in my arms. In the middle of chaos, I asked the question you might be asking yourself now: “What is my purpose?”
The answer didn’t come all at once. It came in small steps, through tears, and a reconnection with my true self. And through years of walking this path, the L.I.V.R.E. (free) method was born — a roadmap that brought me back to myself.
Each letter is a stage of healing:
L — Lightness: I release what weighs me down.
I — Intention: I choose with awareness.
V — Voice: I express who I am.
R — Reconnection: I return to myself.
E — Essence: I don’t need to be perfect to be whole.
This is my calling. And maybe, deep down, it’s yours too. Purpose isn’t something you choose. It chooses you. Are you listening?
I needed emotional chaos to realize I had gone silent. It was only when I paused and turned my attention to what truly mattered that I found my purpose again. It’s a process. It takes courage to listen, return to yourself, and transform pain into power. What has been weighing you down? Are you living on autopilot or with intention? When was the last time you expressed your truth without fear? Do you feel connected to who you truly are? Can you allow yourself to live with balance, without demanding perfection?
You can be FREE.
You can become UNBREAKABLE.
Love, E.
